For over 15 years, I’ve had the honor of guiding clients through transformative journeys, helping them claim victory in their lives.

My passion for coaching began with my journey of restoration after my husband’s infidelity. This deeply personal experience ignited my mission to help others navigate their challenges and discover healing, growth, and transformation.

I hold a BA in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminal Justice from Illinois State University, and together with my husband, we’ve completed advanced training through Coach U’s Fast Track program. I am also certified as an Advanced Christian Life Coach from Light University.

This combination of education and personal experience gives me a deep understanding of the complexities people face—whether it’s overcoming marital challenges, navigating life transitions, or seeking personal growth. I’ve empowered countless individuals and couples to find their voice, restore their relationships, and move toward a life of divine fulfillment and victory.

I’ve seen firsthand how transformative this approach can be, even in the most challenging circumstances. For example, I once worked with a client whose husband initially resisted my involvement. Through dedicated one-on-one work, she transformed her approach, leading her husband to request a Private Intensive. Despite the tragic circumstances of his wife’s cancer diagnosis, they experienced their remaining time together in a healed, loving marriage.

Beyond my professional work, I am a devoted mom and grandma, actively involved in my church, and have served various nonprofits, including:

  • Board Member for The March of Dimes
  • Co-founder of Special Care Infants, Midland, Texas
  • Officer roles in PTOs, Junior Women’s Club, and Junior League
  • Advisor for MOPS

Additionally, I coordinate Broken and Beautiful, a support group for women who have been betrayed, and my husband and I lead our church’s Marriage Ministry. Currently, we teach a course at our church called Enriching Your Marriage.

    Diana is a Life Coach with a passion for inspiring hope and transformation.

    Although Diana has always been driven to help others, her true passion for coaching was ignited after navigating a devastating event in her marriage that required her to adapt to profound changes. Her mission is to offer hope to those who feel hopeless and guide clients in embracing life’s transitions with courage and resilience. Drawing on her personal experiences and the wisdom she has gained, Diana helps clients find strength in their struggles and transform their challenges into powerful life lessons.

    Tim and Diana enjoy time together.

    Whether it’s watching a sporting event, going out to dinner, spending time with friends, enjoying family time, playing games, or reading a daily devotional, they cherish these moments together. Their favorite places to be are at home with family or relaxing at the beach. One of their greatest rewards is the work they do together—helping couples heal through coaching or private intensives. They’ve guided many couples to build stronger marriages through seminars and by leading the marriage care group at their home church. They’ve also developed a Premarital Program to equip couples with tools for a strong start in marriage.

    Because Tim and Diana have experienced the devastation of challenges in their own marriage, they celebrate every wedding anniversary.

    Each year is a testament to their commitment, filled with excitement, unknowns, and growth. Their journey has taught them the importance of working daily to protect and strengthen their marriage.

    Legacy

    Diana describes her four children as one of her greatest gifts.

    She values creating deep bonds with each of her children and their families. In her words, “They are awesome!” Her children are the fruit of her love and dedication.

    One of Diana’s greatest joys is her grandchildren.

    She is passionate about building strong, lasting connections with each of her grandchildren. Diana says, “Being with my grandchildren is my sweet spot.”

  • Compassion

    Diana’s gentle and compassionate nature shines through in her work.

    Her soft-spoken demeanor not only comforts babies in her arms but also provides her clients with a sense of safety. This safe space allows her clients to open up about their fears, pains, and uncertainties, which is essential for healing and growth.

  • Pets

    Diana has always had a special love for dogs.

    While raising her children, the family had Golden Retrievers. After the children left home, Diana opted for a Yorkie, Little Bear, who brought her immense joy and unconditional love. Although Little Bear has since passed, Diana continues to believe that dogs teach us valuable lessons about love. Her current dog, Bo, was rescued after his elderly owners passed away, leaving him homeless.

    In her downtime, Diana loves to travel and spend time at the beach.

    The beach is where she finds peace, reflection, and regeneration. It’s her favorite place to listen to God and appreciate His creation.

    Education

    Diana and Tim share a deep connection to their alma mater, Illinois State University.

    Tim played football at Illinois State, where he majored in Accounting, while Diana pursued studies in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminal Justice. In 2009, they both attended Coach U’s Fast Track coaching program, and Diana continued her education by earning her certification as an Advanced Christian Life Coach from Light University.
